On February 14 and February 15, the Training of Interview Skills for 17 Senior and Lead employees opened the Funtap training activity in the new year of Canh Ty 2020. The training session lasted 6.5 hours hosted by Ms. Mia Dao - VP of Corporate Operations.
Training course "A house of change"
With the desire to train all Funtap Staff to be ready to respond and adapt to the changes that may occur in their work and life, Funtap continues to organize the program "House of Change" designed for lead and head level officials in the company. The program took place on February 21 and 28, 2020 with the guidance of Ms. Mia Dao - VP of Corporate Operations.
On the afternoon of February 21, 17 Funners participated in the workshop to share the Mind Mapping method - based on the topic of the same name by author Hoang Manh Duy who won the second award of the Funnovation Awards 2019.
February 25 - Time management skills training program was held at P.401 - 4th floor of Tay Ha building with the participation of 24 employees from various departments in the company. The lecturer of this training course is Mr. Luu Tien Dzung - Strategic Director of New Awareness Consulting and Training Company. The 1-day training course equipped Funners with the most essential knowledge of time management and streamline priorities in work and life.

Right after the time management training class ended, on February 26, 2020, the 2nd professional Train of Trainers (TOT) training course - equipped with training skills officially opened for the learners. members are managers from the lead level upwards. The training session is led by Mr. Phan Huu Loc - Director of VMP Training Academy.
According to the plan of the Human Resources and Administration team, in March and April 2020, Funtap will continue to strongly deploy training and self-training activities - knowledge sharing among team members, towards the goal of comprehensively improving the capacity of Funners to quickly adapt to changes towards an efficient and professional working environment.
